I have to give him a defense here. I've been in those kinds of situations before. They give you this massive meal, then sit you in a HORRIBLY uncomfortable chair, hit you with all the lights the speaker needs to be illuminated 300 feet away, then you get to hear a constant echo because your close enough to hear the speaker, and the speakers! Eventually.... it all adds up to a big fluffy pillow.....
