thats shocking... you don't laugh at people with disabilities... and it is real this guy was doing a serious show and had some people who had problems caused by treatments at hospital and he couldn't stop laughing at the guys voice. btw the funny voice was caused by tonsillitis and he had an operation which went wrong...
