Having said that it's funny how there was no mention of a home grown quota when R.Madrid had 4 spanish players in thier team during the 'galactico' era. This smells of clear bias. There was a new law in england not allowing clubs like Man U to get youngsters from other English cities. This was to protect small league clubs and allow them to develop players and sell them to bigger clubs later. Was a failure because since then you have no new Beckhams, Giggs etc. Instead you have Fabregas and others. However soon it'll begin having an affect on smaller clubs in europe, africa and south america because we're poaching thier best players. So there are 2 sides to an argument.
