I understand it now. The thing with swearing is that it gets repetiive and annoying, and there are other more intellectual words to fill in, but, I do get your point. Words, are just words, and that's that. Ido agree with ceonsoring words for people who don't like to hear swearing, like my dad. Any word could be considered a curse word, as long as the parents have something strict against it, so, now, I do get your point. Besides, if the parents don't like the child swearing, it is there choice

No. I'm saying that any public effort to protect them from "dangerous" media is wasted. The parents alone are responsible for their children. Porn on the internet? Get a netnanny. Nobody else should have to censor their song or video game in order to protect some idiot's curious kids.I wouldn't give a shit if ten-year-olds start swearing. Swearing hurts nobody, and it's silly to get worked up over it.

So, ThePsychoReturns, you're saying it's okay for children to see porn, watching violent programming that would casue them to become murderers, swearing and turning into rapists? There IS good in protecting children from those sort of things you know. If a 7 year old child were to go on to a porn site, you would say that's okay for them to do? If a 10 year old child was watching a person get murdered, you would be okay with that? If a 10 year old child were to start swearing it would be fine?
