Good point, I suppose I neglected to mention that most Natural substances are deadly aswell, probably negating the whole "Nature is magicaly good for you" argument.

Being natural doesn't magically make something safe or good for you, and I can name a lot of synthetic and/or illegal drugs that are much safer and better for you than caffeine.That said, in small amounts it can be beneficial.
