He's talking about kilometres per hour because it's an international standard for the system of units. United States is still using an old system called Imperial system. Why the fuck is an American announcer saying "400 kilemters per hour" that's just political correctness gone mad. I haven't a clue how far a kilometer is, neither have most Americans. I actually had to google calculator it. (It's 248 mph)
