Dumb, old, white woman commentary is always amusing in that band saw-scrotum accident sort of way. I especially appreciate the "I'll loudly repeat exactly what everyone can see for themselves" comments.

I also saw this on Animal Planet and it was very impressive. On AP they had an Orca expert analyzing the video telling us exactly what they were doing. It was in fact a strategically planned training exercise for a young Orca, notice how they catch the sea lion and then put it back on the ice so that the young one can do it. You can also see how all of the Orcas were pushing the ice out into the open water for more room to work with. These creatures are so fascinating, I was and still am in awe.

AMAZING FOOTAGE!! And it's so ridiculous to hear the people saying "oh no oh no" while the whale is doing what is natural for it to survive.... I bet these same people cram meat down their throats and use other animal byproducts without even thinking twice, but then one seal is going to die(which is hardly a snack for 5 Orcas) and they're so sad.Moral: Whales and Seals rule, humans are retarded and drool... |
