I strongly urge everyone to support the impeachment of George W. Bush and Richard B. Cheney. I further urge the Congress and the Senate of the United States to bring any and all criminals in the Bush administration to justice. The future of American democracy depends on it.

Impeachment proceedings must begin before President Bush and Cheney have an opportunity to invoke the National Security and Homeland Security Presidental Directive, which would give him sweeping powers and render Congress irrelevant. In these dangerous times, that directive could be invoked as a result of a natural disaster, a terrorist attack, or a contrived situation even from within the White House itself. Any of these things could happen at any moment ,with disasterous results for America.

Impeachment proceedings would send a clear message to future presidents that treasonous behavior will not be tolerated by the American people or there elected representatives. It would send a clear message that the constutional balance of power between executive and legislative branches of government is intact and will remain so . The American people demand it.
