I did'nt say anything about it teaching love and acceptance. I said these ideas combined into Sully's vision of writing this song. He incorporated those ideals for the basis of this song, not me. You're putting words in my mouth, you should learn to read better.

Actually Sully watched the film Serpent and the Rainbow and enjoyed it. He's also a 3rd generation Wiccan, as well as a recovering junkie. He liked the AIC song Godsmack (smack being slang for heroin) so he used that for the band's name. The song was based on the other 3 ideals: addiction, the movie and his religion. |
